For out-of-pocket glamouring, all you need to do is right-click on one of your visible armor pieces, let's say Body Armor. One that lets you glamour "out-of-pocket" and a relatively new "Glamour Dresser" system that is slightly more complicated. There are two different in-game systems for glamouring. One glamour prism is consumed each time you project a gear image over a single piece of the equipment you are wearing. The clear prisms that you have are an ingredient in the crafting recipe for a "Glamour Prism". This is the system that allows people to run around doing battle in swimsuits/dresses/t-shirts/etc. Glamouring is a system that allows your character to wear one piece of gear (for the best stats that you can find) but look like you are wearing something different (because it's pretty, or cool).
